On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Israel woke up to a new reality, never before experienced. A war was forced upon Israel, bringing tourism and business travel to a standstill, with most airlines suspending flights to Israel, clients and employees being called up as reservists and thousands displaced.

Israel is deeply embedded in Amsalem’s organizational culture and these values incorporate themselves in the services we deliver.

At the outset of the war, the Amsalem group expanded its 24/7 routine services by setting up an operations center focused on citizen and reservist travel to Israel and to evacuating residents of Kiryat Shmona based on the Northern border.

Israel was and is united in its call for justice and togetherness. Together, we will win the war.

Whilst shocked, the world maintains routine, with tourist and business travel continuing as normal.
